Biography

Dr. Swapna Chandran is a fellowship-trained laryngologist and pediatric otolaryngologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the spectrum of voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. She is committed to a multidisciplinary approach that brings together specialists from multiple disciplines to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and improve both function and quality of life.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Chandran is deeply committed to academic medicine and the education of future physicians. She has a strong interest in resident education, faculty development, and the advancement of innovative teaching methods. Her academic efforts focus on designing and implementing effective educational programs and curricula that foster learner engagement, promote faculty excellence, and strengthen the academic environment within the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
