Biography

Sergey Anokhin is an internationally recognized scholar in entrepreneurship and innovation management. His research interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, and arbitrage in a variety of contexts. He authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Venturing, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics, and other journals and edited volumes. His research received numerous awards in the U.S., Asia, and Australia. His teaching portfolio includes executive, doctoral, MBA and undergraduate courses in strategy, entrepreneurship, and international business delivered in traditional, online, and hybrid formats. In addition to his academic career in the U.S., he led executive education classes in Mexico, and held research affiliations in Sweden and Russia. Dr. Anokhin’s service and leadership record includes leading university centers for entrepreneurship, directing graduate and undergraduate entrepreneurship and international business programs, and serving on the editorial boards of top management and entrepreneurship journals.
