Ralph Rolen is a Term Instructor in the School of Accountancy within the College of Business. He also serves as Course Coordinator for Managerial Accounting and contributes to multiple university committees and service initiatives.
Prior to joining academia, Mr. Rolen completed a distinguished 30-year career as a senior executive with Fortune 250, Fortune 500, and venture capital-backed organizations. Throughout his career, he held leadership roles in consumer banking, financial data processing, and high-growth enterprises.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Mr. Rolen maintains active engagement with industry through his advisory practice. He and his associates advise financial technology companies on growth strategy, operational execution, and capital structuring, supporting organizations through multiple stages of development.
