Biography

I am a Professor in the Department of Marketing, College of Business at the University of Louisville. I have been a faculty member at the University of Louisville since 1987. Prior to that I have held academic positions at the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of Consumer Behavior and Marketing especially in the areas of Consumer Attitudes, Decision Making, Market Orientation, and Healthcare Marketing. My research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Business Resarch, and many other notable journals.
