Biography

Dr. Melissa Campbell has over 35+ years of teaching/training experience focusing on instructional design, teaching methodologies, application software, and system implementation/design. Dr. Campbell earned a B.S. degree in Business Education and M.A. in Secondary Education from Northern Kentucky University. She completed her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Cincinnati. 

Dr. Campbell has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Information Systems, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Business Education, Organizational Systems Technologies, Technology Training and Development, and Organizational Leadership. Teaching modalities over the years have included in-person, hybrid, online synchronous, and online asynchronous formats.

She is a QM Certified Peer Reviewer for online courses and has achieved Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and CompTIA's A+ Hardware certifications.

In addition, she has over 15 years of corporate experience in a variety of areas and industries including annuity services and insurance, document management and workflow implementation, training needs analysis, IT consulting, corporate recruiting, and program management.
