Biography
Dr. Lori Tang is a Professor of Finance at the University of Louisville, where she also serves as Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs in College of Business. Her research primarily focuses on corporate finance, encompassing governance, debt contracting, executive compensation, shareholder investment horizons, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Tang has published extensively in top-tier journals, including Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Empirical Finance, and has received multiple Best Paper Awards. She actively presents at international finance conferences and serves as a reviewer for leading finance and accounting journals.
