Biography

Linda Ruffenach is an entrepreneur, former CEO of a $100 million international enterprise, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading and scaling growth-focused organizations. She has built and transformed businesses across multiple stages of growth, guiding companies through expansion, operational refinement, leadership transitions, and long-term strategic planning.

As CEO of a nationally recognized consulting firm, Linda expanded the organization’s reach and strengthened its strategic impact, helping clients drive measurable results. Her expertise spans strategy development, revenue growth, operational alignment, governance structure, and leadership team effectiveness. She is particularly skilled at helping organizations clarify vision, align culture with strategy, and translate bold goals into disciplined execution.

Throughout her career, Linda has focused on strengthening entrepreneurship—not just launching ventures, but building resilient, scalable businesses. She currently serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Louisville, where she shares practical insight and executive experience with emerging founders and MBA students.
