Kathleen Gosser

Biography

I am the Associate Professor of Franchise Management Practice and Director of the Yum! Center for Global Franchise Excellence in the College of Business at the University of Louisville. After a 35-year career with Yum! Brands, I joined academia to help develop the next generation of franchise and business leaders. My teaching, scholarship, and professional interests focus on franchising, leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and franchisee-franchisor relationships. Through innovative academic programs, executive education, industry partnerships, and the FranchiseU! podcast, I work to advance franchising education and create pathways to career success, business ownership, and economic opportunity.
