Biography
I am the Yum! Brands Associate Professor of Franchise Management and Director of the Yum! Center for Global Franchise Excellence at the University of Louisville. In this role, I lead programs in undergraduate, graduate, and executive education, with a focus on research and leadership development in franchising. Drawing on my 35-year career with Yum! Brands, I am passionate about advancing franchising as a pathway to entrepreneurship, community growth, and generational wealth.
