Patrick Nessenthaler, CFA, CAIA, MAI, CRE, is a real estate investment strategist and academic with nearly two decades of experience spanning institutional capital markets, valuation, and real estate education. He has valued, structured, and capitalized more than $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions across diverse asset classes and investment strategies. Patrick is an Instructor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Louisville College of Business, where he leads the university’s growing Real Estate Program and teaches real estate finance, investments, development, and financial modeling. His academic work bridges institutional real estate practice with the education and development of the next generation of real estate professionals.
