Biography
Dr. Dianna Preece, CFA, is a Professor of Finance at the University of Louisville. She holds an MBA from Marshall University and a DBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Her teaching and research focus on financial markets, banking, investments, and corporate finance, with particular interests in Fintech, hedge funds, and the impact of diversity on firm financial performance. Dr. Preece has published more than 30 academic articles and numerous book chapters for practitioners. She also teaches banking courses for the American Bankers Association and state bankers associations in Kentucky and Iowa.
