Biography
Dr. Barr-Pulliam is the Director of the School of Accountancy and Program Director for the Master of Science in Accountancy & Analytics. He is an Innovator, Problem-Solver, and Bridge-Builder.
Innovator – My research advances the fields of accounting and auditing by exploring creative ideas, psychology theory and emerging technologies.
Problem-Solver – My research focuses primarily on how individuals tackle complex issues.
Bridge-Builder – I aim to connect academic research with practice, theory with application, and emerging technology with audit practicies.

Dr. Dereck Barr-Pulliam explores how individuals solve complex problems in accounting and auditing contexts.
