Don't miss the kickoff to Accolade! UofL Executive Vice President and Univeristy Provost Dr. Gerry Bradley will welcome guests to the event. UofL senior public health major Anvi Tawde will talk about the possibilities UofL offers to academically ambitious students. Stephanie Dickerson, Associate Director of Admissions, will provide an overview of the day and scholarship opportunities. Dr. Siobhan Smith-Jones will give a brief presentation about the benefits of the University Honors Program.
After non-Arts & Sciences majors are dismissed, greetings will be given from the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Dr. Dayna Touron.

Learn more about the new Engineering Student Success and Research Building, home to the new Speed Center for Innovation (SCI). The Department of Recreation and Wellness enhances student life through a wide variety of sports, fitness, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Our comprehensive program includes structured leagues, tournaments, fitness classes, informal recreation, and sport clubs - ensuring there's something for everyone. We host over 30 intramural leagues, tournaments, and special events each year, giving students plenty of opportunities to stay active, compete, and connect. The 128,000-square-foot Student Recreation Center includes basketball courts, two weight rooms, an indoor soccer court, a multi-sport simulator, racquetball and squash courts, and more. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned adventurer, we have something for you.

Tour one of UofL's newest residence halls. Open since 2021, Belknap Residence Hall North is a co-ed building. This hall has individual, single-person bathrooms located throughout the floor and a kitchen located on the ground floor.

Visit Kurz Hall, home of the Honors Program Living-Learning Community, or Community Park, home of the Speed School of Engineering Living-Learning Community! UofL's suite-style residence halls offer first-year students a variety of floor plan options and have at least one common kitchen located in each building.

Student Involvement is the foundation of the Cardinal Student Experience and there is an expectation that all of our students are meaningfully engaged with our campus community. This session will highlight involvement opportunities, myths of involvement and our recommendations for success.

Thinking about attending law school after graduation? Learn more about our 3+3 partnerships with the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. These programs allow students to earn both their bachelor's degree and their J.D. degree in a total of 6 years, saving time and money for students.
