Office Technology Assistant (OTA)
The Office Technology Assistant (OTA) acts as a first-tier technology support resource for Campus Housing office staff and hall residents. OTA's provide in-person support to housing and hall staff regarding computing, information security, and hardware issues, as well as residents for cable troubleshooting. This position is directly supervised by a professional staff member of the Housing department and will also utilize communication with the university's Information and Technology department to troubleshoot issues that arise or to maintain secure information management and storage for Housing.
