Dr. Robert Plomin, Professor of Behavioral Genetics at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience, King’s College London, has been named the recipient of the 2020 Grawemeyer Award in Psychology! Dr. Plomin's award-winning idea is that the environments in which we grow up are partially determined by our genes, meaning that genes and environments interact in important ways to influence human behavior. Dr. Plomin calls this the "nature of nurture."
