Event Parking & Requests
Spaces at University of Louisville are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking & Transportation Services can help to arrange parking for you and your visitors.
In some cases, a member of UofL Parking & Transportation staff will be needed to assist in parking or managing your event.
To book an event, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at least two weeks in advance of the event. To request event parking, complete and submit this form. Only one form per event is required. Your event parking request will be confirmed by phone or e-mail within two business days of submittal. Confirmation will include a cost estimate and parking availability.
Cost per individual space $6
Cost for reserving parking lot (less than 50 spaces) $150
