Class of 2025 Department of Pediatrics Incoming Residents Announced
March 21, 2025 (Louisville, KY) – The University of Louisville (UofL) School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics is proud to announce its 2025 resident class. The medical students learned of their placements during their school’s Match Day ceremonies which take place at the same time across the country, including the UofL School of Medicine students whose Match Day took place in the Angels Envy Bourbon Room at L&N Stadium.
This year, the department welcomed residents from eight states and three countries, including welcoming back five UofL medical students. They come from Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee as well as Grenada, West Indies, Barbados and Sint Maarten.
“We are thrilled to welcome in this new class of incoming residents,” said Pediatric Residency Program Director Dr. Sara Multerer. “Their talent, dedication, and passion for learning will not only enrich our institution but also have a profound impact on the patients and communities we serve. We look forward to supporting their growth and celebrating their achievements in the years to come.”
