Molly Harper

Clinical Research Coordinator, Division of Clinical and Translational Research

How long have you worked in Pediatrics?   almost 6 years!

What is your favorite thing about your job?  The ability to be creative 😊 our director, Dr. Sullivan, has been so supportive, allowing me to create informational videos, brochures, and materials to help bring research awareness. Plus, I just like making art and doodles for my coworkers.

What is your hometown? Howland, Ohio

What is your favorite movie? I’ll stick with my childhood favorite- Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark. Harrison Ford will always be my favorite actor.

Tell us about your family: My folks still live in Ohio, with my sisters and brother spread out across the Midwest. Caleb and I will be married 12 years in December!

Do you have pets? (If yes, what kind? How many?) Nope- we “co-own” the best dog named Prime whenever my coworker Trish is on vacation

What are you doing, where are you going, for your next vacation? Salt Lake City this month to enjoy some nature.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Archaeologist, recycle center worker, Riverdancer

What is one of your proudest accomplishments? I’ll share a recent accomplishment, teaching myself how to use the miter saw this year to add a paneled accent wall to a spare bedroom

What is your favorite quote? “Be nice to my friend Jim”- Andy Bernard. It’s a quote from The Office, but my husband and I like to sub out Jim’s name with our own to remind us to be gracious to ourselves. And The Office is just so quotable!

What was your first job? Corndog stand at the Trumbull County Fair

What is your favorite ice cream? After living in TX not far from the Blue Bell Creamery for a few years, it would probably be their chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
