From I-65 northbound (from Louisville International Airport (SDF)

Take I-65N to the Broadway exit (136A) and merge in to the middle lane, going straight through the light at Broadway Street (Route 150). Turn right onto Chestnut St. (the second street past Broadway), driving two blocks until you cross Preston St. (the second light)). Immediately past Preston St. on the right you will see the parking garage connecting to the Outpatient Care Building. Turn right into the garage, park in the designated patient area, and enter the building from the third level overpass.

From I-64 Westbound

Take I-64W to the River Road exit (58) to 3rd Street/Downtown. Go straight through the light and stay on 3rd Street until you get to the intersection with Chestnut Street (about six blocks). Take a left onto Chestnut Street and follow same directions as above.
