Our program offers consultative and continuing care services, diagnostic testing and treatment, both on an outpatient and inpatient basis at the UofL Health - UofL Hospital, as well as UofL Health - Jewish Hospital and Norton Hospital in downtown Louisville.
To help coordinate the complex care provided to our patients, a Pulmonary Hypertension nurse coordinator and patient advocate works closely with each individual enrolled in our program.
Our program offers the complete spectrum of pulmonary hypertension therapy including:
• Oral, inhalational, subcutaneous & intravenous therapies
• Educational materials
• Right heart catheterization / Vasodilator study
