Salary & Benefits
Family Practice Resident stipends for the 2020-2021 Academic Year are as follows:
Stipend rates based on 2% increase for all PG levels. (Parking expenses were rolled into stipend beginning July 2010.) Fringe and administrative rate increases to 27.5% of annual stipend.

Benefits include the following:
- Vacations — 3 weeks paid vacation for first year residents 4 weeks paid vacation for second, third and fourth year residents
- Educational Leave — Second and Third Year residents in good standing are eligible for seven days educational leave cumulative (5 days maximum a year) and $500 per year for education conferences. The resident may elect to purchase textbooks in lieu of attending conferences with a $250 per year allowance.
