Mission Statement:
"Go Learn, Return, and Share!”
Identify learning opportunities that appeal to the masses and encourages staff towards self-directed learning. Create opportunities that are appropriately challenging for the staff to grow within the SOM and ULP community, and ultimately lead to advancement opportunities and improve overall retention. Finally, develop a system to share that information efficiently.
