Rhonda Mattingly is an Assistant professor and the Director of Clinical Education within the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Communicative Disorders. Her areas of clinical interest relate to swallowing disorders but she has also researched and presented on topics relating to powerful communication for organizations within the University of Louisville and in the Louisville Metro area. Dr. Mattingly’s focus is on increasing the awareness of her students and other professionals of their own communication style and collaborating with them to develop useful strategies for increasing their communicative effectiveness.
