Want to focus on your mindfulness and resilience but don't know how to start?  We've got you covered!

We have included four mindfulness videos to help you get started on exercising and promoting resilience.

These videos are of varying lengths from two and a half to twenty minutes that can be easily included in your work day.

Take some time today to watch and practice with the videos and try to include more resilience exercise into your habits!

"Observing the Breath"

Sometimes it's hard to find much time to take a break and practice.

This exercise focuses on observing your breathing and is short and sweet.
