Giving to Others

If you are interested in donating time or goods to those in need but are not sure where to begin, here are a few local resources to help you get started.

• Location:  748 S. Preston St. (3 blocks south of the Medical School)

• They will supply aluminum containers to transport food

• Accepts:  Clothing, shoes, electronics, small appliances, household items, bath and beauty supplies, books, school and art supplies, non-perishable food, and more
• Location:  Donation bins are located at the loading dock behind the School of Education/Unitas Tower on Cardinal Blvd, just east of S. 1st St.

• Items are resold at a low cost to UofL students, faculty, and staff at the UofL Free Store, located in the basement of Unitas Hall on Belknap Campus.
