Prevention & Therapies for Hepatitis and Chronic Liver Disease Seminars-A Hybrid Seminar: June - December 2021

This seminar series will provide updates on the diagnosis and treatment of the dominant forms of viral hepatitis and explore the latest data on advancing liver disease, hepatocellular carcinoma, fatty liver disease and other hepatic conditions. Location-specific faculty deliver state-of-the-art material utilizing a curriculum that features lectures, case analysis, current clinical trial outcomes and progress reports on promising prevention approaches and emerging therapies. The seminar will concentrate on key diseases of the liver and address the latest diagnosis, treatment, and care management approaches in a setting that stresses interactive learning, audience participation, and collaborative discussion.

The goal of this seminar series is to prevent new cases and improve the outcomes of those already infected. This completely updated seminar series will be offered in 11 cities across the country beginning in June 2021.

In addition to the face-to-face and live streaming webinars seminars, the content is also available as an web-based enduring material.

Target Audience
Gastroenterologists, Internists, Hepatologists, family physicians, clinical pharmacists as well as related advanced-practice clinicians and nurse specialists.

Cancellation Policy-Requests submitted to cmepd@louisville.edu at least seven days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee.
