Visiting Professors

Selection

Visiting professors will be selected by the various departments of the College of Arts and Sciences. Twenty-four visiting professors will be invited to our university and each department has one slot between now and the year 2004. Each nomination will be reviewed by the departmental chair in consultation with the faculty. Faculty nominators will act as hosts for our visitors, and will collaborate with them in team- teaching a course. University of Louisville faculty will thus have a chance to work closely with leading authorities in their own or related fields.
