Summer Conference Season
Mid May - August 1

Camps & Conferences Services at the University of Louisville offers housing and other services for academic, athletic, and professional development conferences and camps.

Amenities

Residence halls range from traditional community-bath, suite, and apartment styles. Amenities range widely based on your personal choice of Residence Hall. For specific information about each residence hall option, please visit the Residence Hall page. Wireless access available as well for conference guests. Private phones are not available in residence hall rooms. Laundry machines are provided and operate via coin and smartphone applications.

In addition to our residence halls, the University of Louisville offers classrooms, meeting spaces, audio-visual equipment, dining options, and parking options. For more information, visit our Campus Accommodations page.

Assignments

Group leaders are responsible for making the room and roommate assignments for their group's participants. These should be submitted 30 days prior to the group's arrival. If there are any questions or concerns related to assignments, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Conference Coordinator for your group. The Conference Coordinator can set assignments if desired by the client.

Availability

There is some limited conference space availability before mid-May. If you are interested in hosting a conference before mid-May, please complete the Conference Reservation Request and then contact us directly at 502-852-6636 or email us.

In-Hall Staffing

Each residence hall is staffed from 12 AM until 8 AM with University of Louisville student or professional staff. We also provide two staff members for group check-ins and check-outs. More staff can be made available at the group's request for an additional charge. For inquiries concerning additional staff, contact us via email.
