The Department of Education's Net Price Calculator* tool is available to help families plan for educational costs.  Open or download the HTML file generated after clicking on the Net Price Calculator link to access the tool. The Net Price Calculator will generate a report outlining an estimated “net price".*

*Current net price estimates are generated using data associated with the 2020-2021 financial aid academic year.  This calculator is updated annually to include data from the next available aid year.

Please read. This aid estimate does not represent a final determination or actual award of financial assistance. The aid estimate shall not be binding on the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education or the University of Louisville and is subject to change. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid in order to be considered for financial aid that includes federal grant(s), loan(s), or work-study assistance under federal title IV regulations. Remember this is not a financial aid application and the data provided or estimator results are not stored by the University of Louisville.

Except when noted otherwise, the Student Financial Aid Office provides walk-in counseling to current and prospective students on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. On Thursdays, the office is open from 11:00 a.m. until - 4:30 p.m.

Our call center is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. On Thursdays, the call center is open from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
