About Us
The Office of University Planning, Design and Construction (UPDC) supports the long-term growth and revitalization of campus facilities. Our office provides planning, management and design services for construction and renovation projects, as well as scheduling for classrooms and events, interior and exterior signage services and aerial drone photography.

Frequently Asked Questions
All requests for construction, renovation, or equipment installation must be approved by your Dean/Vice President (or their designee). Once the approval is granted, this request will be forwarded to the UPDC Service Account (updc@louisville.edu) for further review. Request for Construction, Renovation, and/or Equipment Installation.
No, ALL design and construction shall be monitored and coordinated by the University Planning, Design, and Construction. Please submit the project request form to initiate a new project.
