CardSmart, UofL's name for EAB Navigate360, is the university's student success platform. Use CardSmart to engage with your student success team and review progress reports from your faculty.
Access CardSmart
All currently enrolled students automatically have a CardSmart account.
Your login information for CardSmart is your UofL email address (e.g., fmlast01@louisville.edu) and password. If your password needs to be reset, go to identity.louisville.edu. Passwords can also be reset by calling the IT Help Desk at 502-852-7997.
Select the "Log into CardSmart" button at the top of the page to navigate to the application.
As a current student, you will automatically have a CardSmart after you've been admitted. In order to get an advising appointment, please contact your department directly.

Once you are admitted, you will be able to log into CardSmart to schedule your initial advising appointment within 2 business days.

You will have CardSmart access a couple of business days after you complete your pre-advising module and submit your enrollment deposit.

What can you do in CardSmart?
Making an advising appointment in CardSmart is quick and easy. You can do so by clicking the blue button in the top right corner of the page. Once you confirm the appointment you will receive an an appointment notification email. In addition, you will receive an appointment reminder e-mail 24 hours before your appointment, followed by a text message reminder 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. But wait....there's more! You can also use CardSmart to schedule an appointment with your Student Success Coordinator and Center for Belonging, Access & Engagement Coach too!
Advisors keep all of the notes from advising appointments in CardSmart. Whether you have had only had one advisor or multiple advisors across majors, you will be able to see all of your advising notes from advising appointments in CardSmart under the 'Reports' tab. If documents were attached, you will be able to access them as well.
Once you login, you will find your classes in the current term with the class name, instructor(s), and day/time. You will also find your student success team, including your academic advisor, in the bottom right corner. The instructors for the courses you are currently enrolled in will also be displayed. You can email any of the faculty or staff by selecting the grey envelope.
Each fall and spring semester, before the last day to withdraw, instructors will complete progress reports through CardSmart to provide feedback on your progress in the course. Progress reports from the current semester and previous semesters can be found in the 'Reports' tab. If your instructor identifies that you are at-risk in the course, you, along with your advisor, will receive a notification email. You will see the details of the progress report on the 'Reports' tab. If you are not marked at-risk, you will not receive an e-mail, but the details will be available on the site.
