May 15, 2011 - Deadline to withdraw Fall 2010 acceptance in order to receive a deposit refund.

July 15, 2011 - Deadline to submit final transcript(s) needed for Fall 2011 matriculation to the School of Medicine  Office of Admissions.

• Final transcript(s) must show a degree posted.
• Mail Transcripts To:

FALL 2012 APPLICATION TIME LINE

June 1, 2011 - All applicants are able to complete and submit the AMCAS application.

• Please Note: Applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions procedure. Due to this fact students are encouraged to complete the application process as early as possible.

August 1, 2011 - Early Decision Applicants:

• AMCAS application deadline.
• Deadline for transcript(s) to be submitted to AMCAS.

August 30, 2011 - Early Decision and Regular Applicants:

• Interviews begin. 

September 1, 2011 - Early Decision Applicants:

• Deadline for submission of the following application credentials to the School of Medicine Office of Admissions.

1. Secondary Application (submitted on-line)
2. Application Fee or Fee Waiver (mail check or fee waiver with AMCAS ID# noted on check to School of Medicine Office of Admissions)
3. Photograph (uploaded on-line via Secondary Application)

September 6, 2011 - Early Decision Applicants:

• Deadline for Letters of Recommendation to be submitted to AMCAS.

October 1, 2011 - Early Decision Applicants:

• Applicants notified of admissions decision.

October 15, 2011 - Regular Applicants:

• AMCAS application deadline for the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
• Applicants begin to receive notifications of admission decisions.

October 29, 2011 - Regular Applicants:

• Deadline for submission of transcript(s) to AMCAS.

December 31, 2011 - Regular Applicants:

• Deadline for submission of the following application credentials to the School of Medicine Office of Admissions.

1. Secondary Application (submitted on-line)
2. Application Fee or Fee Waiver (mail check or fee waiver with AMCAS ID# noted on check to School of Medicine Office of Admissions)
3. Photograph (uploaded on-line via the Secondary Application)

March 5, 2012 - Regular Applicants:

• Deadline for submission of Letters of Recommendation to AMCAS to be considered for the Fall 2012 entering class.

April 15, 2012 - MD/PhD Applicants:

• Deadline to withdraw Fall 2012 acceptance in order to receive a deposit refund.

May 15, 2012 - Regular Applicants:

• Deadline to withdraw Fall 2012 acceptance in order to receive a deposit refund.
