Access to Support

While abroad, you are still a Cardinal! You will have access to all student services that UofL offers, including Campus Health, DRC, and more. For a full list of services, please visit  https://louisville.edu/student/ or the Campus Resources page on Terra Dotta.

Be Mindful of Deadlines

You may need to register for the next semester's courses while you are still abroad. Be mindful of the UofL Academic Calendar and have reminders set for important dates!

Voting While Abroad

Election day is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. US citizens living abroad are eligible to vote in US elections; it is a right of citizenship that stays with you. If you will be abroad during an election, read your state's overseas voter information here for voting requirements and deadlines. Then, request an absentee ballot to be sent to you from one of these non-partisan websites:  Overseas Vote Foundation or Vote from Abroad
