Access and populate your Elements profile at elements.louisville.edu (using your ULINK credentials). Training and resources covering program features, profile completion, and copies of the slides from the videos can be found on BLACKBOARD under the course Elements Implementation Training (in the “Exploring Elements” folder). As explained in the videos, initial steps to take in Elements are:
- Claim your digital identifiers (e.g. ORCiD, SCOPUS) and publications
- Complete your bios:
- Overview (main), Research, Teaching, and Professional Activities
- Include your Clinical Affiliation in top line of the Overview Bio
- Add link to your Clinical Profile

- Add link to Laboratory profile
HELPFUL HINT: When you start updating your profile, if you have an ORCiD digital identifier, make sure you claim it first before updating your research publications to save time.
