I have been married to my husband, Justin, for 11 years. We met on a blind date in 2008. We have two little girls that are 4 years old and 12 months old. We lived in New York City from 2016-2022. It was such a fun adventure but now we are so happy to be back “home” in Louisville.
Do you have pets?
No, but we plan on getting a puppy soon!
What are you doing, where are you going, for your next vacation?
Unsure but probably a family-friendly beach location.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A pediatrician! For my 8th grade career project I researched and wrote about how to become a pediatrician. I think that assignment sealed the deal!
What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
Coming on board as a pediatric hospitalist at Norton Children’s Hospital. I was born and raised in Louisville and I started volunteering at NCH when I was 14. I always dreamed of working among the physicians that helped shape me into the pediatrician I am today. To be working as a hospitalist, taking care of patients and teaching residents and medical students is my proudest accomplishment.
