Since June 2022                                   

What is your favorite thing about your job?     
The opportunity to mentor and conduct transdisciplinary research and develop great collaborations.  I have enjoyed getting to know, and working with, the outstanding Pediatric Research Leadership Team    


What is your hometown?
Appleton, WI

Tell us about your family:
My siblings are spread across the country, but my mother still resides in Appleton, WI. My daughter lives in Boston with her fiancé.

Do you have pets?
Not currently, but I used to have a sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Sam.

What are you doing, where are you going, for your next vacation?
I am going to New York City and the beach on Long Island with family and friends.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An artist.

What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
Raising my daughter, and watching her advance in her education (PhD program).

What was your first job?
Living and working at the Alpine Resort in northern Wisconsin for a summer. I was 16 years old.
