How long have you worked in Pediatrics? 14 years, but 33 years at UofL
What is your favorite thing about your job? Being able to help the department with new technology and being able to work with everyone in all the divisions. Knowing that we have a department of people that truly care about others that are dedicated to helping heal children.

Tell us about your family:
5 children. 1 son and 4 daughters. 1 grandson due April 7th by Roxanne who used to work in Endo and Gastro for ULP. All grown and I am extremely proud of them.
Do you have pets?
None at the present. Thinking of a cat. I have never had one.
What are you doing, where are you going, for your next vacation?
I am not sure but would like to try a cruise. I have never been on one. Suggestions on where to go and what cruise line to use are appreciated.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I was always very technical and loved to tear things apart and reassemble them. I used to spend time with the guy down the street that repaired mechanical watches. I wanted to do that.
What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
My children. Being able to be part of the UofL community for 33 years and contributing a small part of helping the institution grow and finally the ability to live authentically as my true self.

What was your first job?
Delivering groceries in a Chevy Van for a small grocery in Jeffersonville

Turtle Pecan or pretty much any kind!
