What is your favorite thing about your job?   Helping patients and families work through their fears and anxieties surrounding type 1 diabetes. Nothing is more rewarding then helping a child realize they can achieve their dreams.

Tell us about your family:
I have been married to my lovely wife (Emily) for 11 years.  We have three children: Sadie, Eloise, and Beckett.  Their ages range from 17 months to 6 years, so every day is a wild adventure.

Do you have pets?
No pets, my girls are terrified of all animals.

What are you doing, where are you going, for your next vacation?
We’re going to the happiest place on earth (Disney World) later this year.  I plan to walk a lot, sweat a lot, and wait in long lines all in the name of fun.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A professional baseball player
