How long have you worked in Pediatrics?         about 8 months      

What is your favorite thing about your job?       I really enjoy the variety of the job, no 2 days have been the same.  And of course starting a job during a pandemic makes everything extra interesting! 

What is your hometown? Longmont, Colorado

What is your favorite movie? I enjoy so many different types of movies, but my favorites, that I can watch over and over, are the 80’s John Hughes classics – Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller etc.

Tell us about your family: My husband, Jonathan, and I have been married for 25 years and we have 2 kids, both are now in college.  Madison is a senior at Xavier University in Cincinnati and Brayden is a freshman at UofL.  We love to travel and experience new adventures together, but since we can’t do that all the time, we also love trying new restaurants around town, spending time outdoors, pickleball, and settling down with a good movie at night.

Do you have pets? (If yes, what kind? How many?) We have a shih-tzu named ZOE, she is 10 years old and true member of the family, spoiled and loved!

What are you doing/where are you going for your next vacation?  We are planning our 25^th anniversary get-a-way to a very warm, relaxing location next spring…if this whole pandemic has settled down.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?  I always knew I wanted to be a mom, other than that the world was full of possibilities!

What is one of your proudest accomplishments? My family!

What was your first job? I washed and waxed cars for my parent’s funeral home.

What is your favorite ice cream? Graeter’s Coconut Chocolate Chip with Almonds…mmmmm
