  1. Determine whether a food allergy history is consistent with a food allergen IgE mediated reaction.
  2. Educate parents on the pathophysiology and management of atopic dermatitis/eczema.
  3. Educate parents on the importance of early food allergen introduction in children with atopicdermatitis/eczema instead of food allergen avoidance.
