Congratulations 21st Annual Student Award Winners LAE & APS!

We are proud to announce that this year our student organizations Lambda Alpha Epsilon & Alpha Phi Sigma in collaboration with Dr. Cherie Dawson-Edwards' Social & Restorative Justice class won an unprecedented TWO awards for J.A.M.-Justice and Music 2019! They won the Social Justice & Inclusion Outstanding Group Award and the Outstanding Academic Program of the Year presented by the University of Louisville Office of Student Involvement. This would not have been possible without the initial conception of the idea from Professor Michael Losavio and Dr Dawson-Edwards willingness to incorporate the idea in her class working in collaboration with Kim Hendricks and the CJ student organizations LAE & APS. A special thank you goes out to all our faculty, staff, students and alumni who supported the event. We now have an award-winning program that we hope to bring back during the National CJ Month-March 2021!
