The RRC Advanced Instructor course prepares instructors to teach professional staff who will work or lead in recruiting, career counseling, and human resource capacities. Students take 12 graduate courses in adult learning theory, advanced facilitation methods, and organizational change and consulting.
Students may elect to continue their degree through UofL’s online or in-person courses in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
