Louisville, KY - The University of Louisville College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is proud to announce that it has moved up 19 spots in the U.S. News Best Education Schools Rankings. This year, the college ranked #70, up from #89 last year.
This significant jump is a testament to the college's commitment to providing a great place to learn.
"We are incredibly excited to celebrate this achievement," said Dr. Amy Lingo, Interim Dean of the CEHD. "This kind of jump is unheard of, and it speaks volumes about the hard work and dedication of our faculty and staff. We are committed to building on this momentum and striving for even greater success next year."
The U.S. News Best Schools Rankings evaluate programs across various disciplines based on factors such as academic reputation, student selectivity, faculty resources, and research activity. The rankings are regarded as a benchmark for academic excellence.
The UofL CEHD was also recently ranked as the top education college in Kentucky by TeacherCertification.com based on acceptance rates, SAT scores, and affordability.
The UofL CEHD offers a wide range of programs in areas such as counseling, human development, health and sport sciences, educational leadership, evaluation, organizational development, teacher education, special education, early childhood and prevention science.
