The minutes of the meeting of Novemer 6 were approved as distributed.
The Committee approved the proposal for a B.S. in American Sign Language Interpreting Studies.
Additionally, ITP 350: Historical Perspectives on the Deaf Community was approved for the A&S upper-lever writing requirement (WR).
The proposal to add PAS 349: African Americans and Islam to the social science options in the minor in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies was approved.
The proposal to add ML 561: Masterpieces of Russian Literature and HUM 361: Russian Culture to courses applicable to the minor in Russian Studies was approved.
The following course actions were approved, effective Summer 2010.
