Business Card QR Code Instructions

A new business card option, available through IT Design and Printing at louisville.edu/it/departments/itech-xpress-and-printing-copier-management/printing/design-printing, lets faculty and staff include a QR code on the back of their university business cards. This allows individuals with a QR code reader app on their smartphones to scan the code and automatically import the university employee’s contact information into their phone’s address book. IT suggests the mobile app Scanlife, a QR code reader app that works well on iPhone, Blackberry and Android smartphones.
