What if You Forget Your Password?
Follow these directions if you have forgotten your password, cannot complete the password change yourself or you are locked out:
Active Directory, Blackboard, EPM, Exchange Email, MySoft Web App, OnBase, Orion / PeopleSoft for Human Resources and Student Administration, PeopleSoft Financials, University Reports, ULink
If you set your Challenge Questions previously, go to the normal site to change your password and select “Forgot your Password?” Otherwise, the account owner must take a picture ID to one of the Computing Centers and request a new password. Employees may contact their Tier One who may have the password change privileges.
Exchange Service Accounts
Contact your Tier One or the HelpDesk.
Contact the HelpDesk.
Raven, and other accounts not mentioned above.
Owner must contact HelpDesk at 852-7997 or file a HEAT ticket.
Distance Education students should contact the HelpDesk regardless of the system.
