We're thrilled to announce that Dr. Rodger Payne has won a Fulbright Award!
He will be a Research Chair at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairsat Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada in Fall 2018.
His project title -- submitted many months ago -- is "America First' and U.S.-Canadian Relations," proving he is not only smart, but can also apparently predict the future. Congrats Dr. Payne!
