ULPD offers a wide variety of crime prevention and education programs to the UofL community at no cost. Programs are available to students, faculty and staff throughout the year. These include:

  • Sexual Assault Awareness Training
  • Active Shooter Training

self defense for women

The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course is designed to help women learn self-defense. The system consists of tactics to help women become sensitive to the possible dangers that can develop at any time. RAD teaches prevention along with how to reduce and avoid high risk situations.
