- All new program proposals should be submitted through the online CIM Program Management system by clicking the link provided and then clicking the green "Propose New Program" button. - Proposals to add an online method of delivery to an existing program should be submitted through the CIM Program Management system by clicking on the link provided, selecting your program, and then clicking the green "Edit Program" button. After filling out the form, click the green "Start Workflow" button.
