Program Website Design Key Concepts

Required Components

  1. Basic Contact Information
    • Program Name
    • Program Physical Address
    • Program Mailing Address
    • Phone #
    • Program Email Address (if available)
  2. Program Leadership
    • Program Director Name, Photo, and Welcome Message
    • Program Coordinator Name
  3. Resident/Fellow Information
    • Application and selection process
  4. Community Engagement & Diversity and Inclusion
    • Link to GME page with message/information from the Office of Community Engagement and Diversity and HSC Office of Diversity and Inclusion
  5. Subspecialty or fellowships Information
    • #1, 2, 3 should all be present for each subspecialty or fellowship within the program

WebDam– Keyworded, searchable marketing and campus stock photography database. Contact GME to set up a time to review available photos within WebDam

Flickr– Event-based photography database

Requesting New Photography– Contact GME with your request (include: who, what, where, why and when if timely) and they will coordinate.

Marketing URLs are short versions of your URL that are primarily used for offline promotion (video, print, etc.). Please reiew our URL policy before making your marketing url request to confirm you qualify.
