Dr. Craig Silverman received his Medical Degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, and did his residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He has worked at the Brown Cancer Center for 20 years. He’s a full Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Louisville and Vice Chairman for Patient Care. His main research interests are in head and neck cancer, and he serves as Co-Director for the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Clinic. He’s involved in numerous RTOG protocols and has co-authored/published multiple manuscripts. He has served on numerous committees for the University. Dr. Silverman is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO).
